What if I don't like the final site?
You don't pay. The $2,495 invoice is only sent once you've approved the live site. If you aren't happy, walk away — no questions, no cancellation fee, no weird contracts. We'd rather lose the work than ship something we wouldn't put our name on.
Is this really a custom build or just a Squarespace-style template?
Every site is coded from scratch in Next.js — the same framework that powers Nike, Notion and TikTok. You own the code, you own the domain, you own the content. We don't lock you into a platform you can't leave.
What's the 12-month warranty cover?
Anything broken gets fixed free for 12 months — forms, images, links, mobile bugs, speed regressions. Small content updates (new opening hours, a new menu item) are included too. Anything bigger is quoted upfront.
Can I update the site myself?
Yes. We can wire in a simple editor for text and images if you want one (recommended for menus, events, blog posts). Or you can email us and we'll turn it around within 48 hours on the hosting plan.
Why only $2,495 when agencies charge $8,000+?
Agencies have account managers, project managers, junior designers, senior designers, and a rented office. We have Nathan, a MacBook, and very low overhead. Same quality build, none of the middle-layer cost.
